Meet Myshel

Myshel — The One Who’s Done Every Job and Decided to Invent a Better One

Myshel comes from Texas, and her résumé reads like someone who said yes to every opportunity just to see what would happen.

Flower shop arrangements. Summer lifeguarding. Garde Manger Chef at an upscale Spanish restaurant. General Manager of a burger restaurant for soldiers in upstate New York. And woven through all of it — a deep, practiced expertise in working with kids, understanding autism, identifying sensory sensitivities, and actually helping people navigate them in ways that make a real difference.

When she relocated and found the job market thoroughly uninterested, she did what any reasonable person with her skill set would do: she made her own job.

She started with outdoor setups — anywhere that would have her, for two full years, without dumping money into spaces that wouldn't pay off. She showed up. She built visibility the hard way. And it worked.

At Bee Quirky Crafts, Myshel is the chainmaille specialist — it's her craft, her domain, and she's meticulous about it. She's also the tech brain, the operations lead, and the face of the brand's Facebook and WhatNot presence. Her live shows on WhatNot are a regular fixture — chainmaille demos, live selling, and the kind of confident, self-assured energy that makes people stop scrolling.

She also has a habit of completely flipping the shop layout every few months — rearranging, refreshing, and reimagining the space until it looks like a brand new store. Regulars have learned to expect it. New customers never see it coming.

Myshel is the edge in the brand. The precision. The smirk that says she already knows how this turns out.

"There was no job for what I do. So I made one."
